My Dad Being One of the Many Honorably Discharged WWII Veterans, That Generation being the Greatest Generation of U.S. Veterans Ever!

The WWII generation, is the greatest generation ever,  as evidenced by the sacrifices of the many individuals, especially those who made this great sacrifice, such as my Dad.   In spite of my own situation as it concerns Los Angeles Superior Court Case  BC 385899, or the negative experience of being in foster care without just cause, or any other member of the Lofton family negative and un-American experiences, my Dad made the greatest sacrifice, and he derived little or no benefit for his sacrifices,  proof of which is documented by Los Angeles Superior Court Case C895188.

For his great sacrifice of being an honorably discharged disabled U.S. combat 92nd infantry Buffalo Soldier veteran draftee of WWII, in passing my dad did not derive any benefit for his sacrifices to this nation.  My Dad, Leon E. Lofton, Jr. an honorably discharged disabled U.S. combat infantry Buffalo Soldier veteran draftee of a foreign war,  sacrificed much only to return to a nation that has yet to respect his Constitutional rights as a honorably discharged U.S. combat infantry veteran of WWII, father, and West Virginia State University graduate.    My Dad possessed his West Virginia State University graduate before being drafted; meaning neither the U.S. military nor the U.S. government financed his university education.   Prior to marrying my Mom, before any of the Mr. and Mrs. Leon E. Lofton, Jr. family siblings were born, my Dad and/or my Dad’s parents,  made the sacrifices necessary for my Dad to finance and earn his West Virginia State university Degree.

My Dad passed July 16, 2003, with good name and integrity intact, in spite of the disregard shown for his U.S. (Federal)  and/or California (State) Constitutional rights, as an honorably discharged disabled U.S. combat infantry veteran draftee of WWII, namely by no good Black elected officials affiliated with the Democratic Party.

"Every man is rich or poor according to the degree in which he can afford to enjoy the necessaries, conveniencies, and amusements of human life. But after the division of labour has once thoroughly taken place, it is but a very small part of these with which a man's own labour can supply him. The far greater part of them he must derive from the labour of other people, and he must be rich or poor according to the quantity of that labour which he can command, or which he can afford to purchase. The value of any commodity, therefore, to the person who possesses it, and who means not to use or consume it himself, but to exchange it for other commodities, is equal to the quantity of labour which it enables him to purchase or command. Labour, therefore, is the real measure of the exchangeable value of all commodities. The real price of every thing, what every thing really costs to the man who wants to acquire it, is the toil and trouble of acquiring it.". by Adam Smith,  (Wealth of Nations)

……..meaning the lawful right to work is your most basic right, for the lack thereof will result in abject poverty, the failure to provide the means to provide food, clothing, shelter, health care, you name it, for either a family or yourself.

Article 1, Section 7, of the California Constitution states: " A person may not be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law or denied equal protection of the laws...." and Article 1, Section 26 states: " The provisions of the constitution are mandatory and prohibitory, unless by express words they are declared to be otherwise".

In the event government violates this most basic property right, this is the height of an atrocity of government (C895188, BC385899) because this is a very serious infringement on your Constitutional rights as a law abiding U.S. citizen, and even more serious should this be the plight of an honorably discharged veteran, one being Leon E. Lofton, Jr., a disabled U.S. combat 92nd infantry Buffalo Soldier veteran draftee of WWII.
